Refund policy

Returns for Unused Products

  • Eligibility:  Returns are accepted only for undamaged, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery.
  • Process:  To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at (888) 834-3776 or info@buygrowtubes.com with your order details.
  • Freight Costs:  Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Product Issues or Defects

  • Inspection Required:  If you believe there is an issue with your product, you must return it to us for inspection.  Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping.
  • Outcome:  If the product is deemed defective after inspection, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.  If no defects are found, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Important Notes

  • Authorization:  Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Damage:  Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products damaged during return shipping.
